Was it Donnie Brasco or Any Given Sunday? Couldn't tell! I'm talking about him on my first podcast tomorrow with Heather from Movie Mobsters... need to get you on this month too, Hatter!
@ Kai... My mic is on whenever you need me. Lookin' forward to leanin' back and letting someone else do the driving for once.
@ The Kid... Been a while - thanks for reading! I'm going through something similar right now with one disc of a Sopranos season missing. Ain't nothing more annoying in my opinion.
@ Somepeople... Ditto. I actually think it was the movie that sold me on Mr. Nolan. Proved to me that MEMENTO was no fluke.
I have a soft spot for Insomnia. It's by all accounts the weakest film on Nolan's filmography (but that's the weakest of a strong breed), but I still love it. And Fitz is right, perhaps his most recent truly stunning performance.

Pacino's last bigscreen solid performance. I wish people would give him better material than 88 Minutes.

Kaiderman, Donnie Brasco is such a great movie. Annoyingly though, I've lost my DVD of it. I have the case, but not the DVD. Frustrating.
I should have elaborated I meant Insomnia.
This is one of my favorite Nolan flicks, and yes I feel like this a lot too. :)
@ Fitz... You and me both brother.

Now if only I could get a good night's sleep.

Actually I haven't been impressed with old Al since Any Given Sunday...but agree totally he deserves quality material.
But while the parts he takes get worse and worse, what more does he have to prove really? He's Al, he's still the man to me!
